1. The capacity alarm is an adjustable high alarm. The maximum nominal force of the general press is set. The capacity alarm provides overload protection for all channels of the press, and is finally effective. If the capacity alarm setting value is exceeded, the alarm will be activated immediately. The capacity alarm value of each side on the left and right sides of the press is 1/2 of the total capacity alarm value, which is automatically calculated by the system without additional settings. When a capacity alarm occurs in any channel, a corresponding relay is activated to stop the press.
2. Adjustable high and low trend alarms provide mold protection for all channels and improve the forming quality of parts. Includes two different modes: peak trend alarm and adaptive peak trend alarm. The operator switches and chooses according to actual needs, and only one of the two trend alarms can be selected. All trend alarms are based on comparing the pressure value of the qualified part at the beginning of the sampling with the pressure value of each subsequent stroke part. When a trend alarm occurs in any channel, a corresponding relay is activated to stop the press.
3. Peak trend alarm: The peak trend alarm is the simplest and most basic one of the trend alarms. After the monitoring is started, the system starts to collect according to the preset number of stroke samples (0-99), and the average value of the tonnage peak value is regarded as the qualified part. The reference value, the reference value remains unchanged until the instrument is reset or shut down and restarted. The peak trend alarm can detect some instantaneous failures, such as punch damage and die fragments, as well as some small changes, such as changes in material thickness and hardness. Because the sampling reference value is a fixed peak alarm limit value, it should be set slightly looser to prevent unnecessary alarms.
4. Adaptive peak trend alarm: The adaptive peak trend alarm is similar to the peak trend alarm. The only difference is that the sampled reference value is not fixed. The system collects according to the preset number of stroke samples (0-99), and continuously calculates new ones. The average tonnage is used as the benchmark value for qualified parts. The self-adaptive peak trend alarm allows the alarm setting to be closer to the reference value, improve sensitivity, and detect small changes, such as smaller punch damage and smaller mold fragments.
