In-air testing and calibration (Φ3-200)
In-air measurement and calibration. Each set of internal measurement and calibration includes 1 upper and lower limit calibration gauge and 1 in-air probe. It is matched with a pneumatic measuring instrument and used as a general form of through-hole measurement.
1. For through hole measurement φ3~φ200mm
Effective depth of the measured surface: >6.5mm
Note: When the length of the hole to be measured exceeds 70mm, the length of the hole should be indicated in order to select a suitable handle.
2. Used for blind hole measurement
◆Pneumatic blind hole inner diameter measuring head φ3~φ200mm
Effective depth of the tested hole:> 8mm.
◆Pneumatic shallow blind hole inner diameter measuring head φ5~φ100mm
Specially used to measure shallow blind holes and stepped holes with a depth greater than 5mm
◆Pneumatic flat nozzle inner diameter measuring head φ10~φ60mm
Specially used to measure shallow blind holes with a depth greater than 4mm
Note: Measuring heads with special requirements can be customized according to drawings.
How to use the air test and calibration
The standard parts of the measuring head are the upper and lower limit calibration gauges (ring gauges), which are used to calibrate the magnification of the measuring instrument. When measuring, insert the measuring head into the hole to be measured, and the value indicated by the measuring instrument is the error value of the inner diameter of the hole to be measured.
If the measuring head is moved axially along the measured hole, the difference indicated by the measuring instrument is the taper of the hole within the moving range. If the measuring head rotates relative to the measured hole, the roundness of the measured hole can be measured.
